Diganta Chakrabarti, PhD, PGDBM, has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management as industry professional, educator, researcher, and consultant. He attained his PhD on the topic “Impact of HR Practices Identified as High-performance Work Systems on Operational and Financial Performance of a Firm” from ICFAI University in 2012. He has published several research papers, articles, and case studies in peer-reviewed national and international journals and presented his works in academic conferences.
