Mala Sinha
Mala Sinha is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, where she teaches Business Communication, Business Ethics, and Personal Power and Leadership through Asian Values in the Masters program in Business Administration (MBA). Dr Sinha has published several research papers in international journals and books in areas such as Work Values, Leadership, and Life Skills Education. She is a case analyst for Business World and many of her analyses have been republished in special collector’s editions of ‘Selected Case Studies’ by Business World. She is a corporate trainer and consultant to government and multinational organizations and has facilitated workshops for World Bank, WHO, and Confederation of Indian Industries. She is the recipient of the Andrew Towl Scholarship to participate in Global Colloquium on Participant-Centered Learning (GCPCL) at Harvard Business School, Boston. Dr Sinha has been Member of Board of Studies to All India Management Association–Centre for Management Education (AIMA-CME), and is life member of International Society for the Study of Work and Organizational Values (ISSWOV), and National HRD Network.
